There are several techniques to use when motivating anybody simply because people have different points of views and different personalities. There are also different scenarios to consider, there are motivational speakers who encourage and motivate people for a living, there are lawyers and defense attorneys who convince and motivate the judge and the jury to go with their desired verdict and there are sale representatives who must convince their clients and potential clients to purchase their products or hire their services. So learn about the different techniques a motivational speaker or people in the business of motivating and convincing use in order to satisfy their goals.

For Sales – When selling something or perhaps explaining to a client regarding a certain product or service that a sales personnel is assigned to do, always remember that being thorough means you are covering all the points that needed to be explained. This is important because like motivational speakers those in charge of selling a product or service need to convince their current or potential client why they have to patronize and opt for their product and service. Sales persons should be expert motivators and must know how to encourage their prospects so they can generate more sales.

Convincing Bosses and Corporate Executives - An employee who wishes to push through a certain proposal must first undergo a review from their boss or their head executive officers. They must take examples from motivational speakers and learn exactly how they do their convincing on all the people who are inside the room. The employee should be prepared with presenting their proposals and should practice their convincing and encouraging skills for their bosses and executives to approve of it. They need to thoroughly explain as to the significance and the importance of the proposals they have drawn up.

Court Hearings – During court hearings the main motivational speakers are the attorneys representing their various clients. They must motivate and encourage the jury present to produce a verdict that would satisfy their clients. In order to do that they go through extensive explanations, providing and examining the evidence and enriching their opening and closing arguments with the facts that they know and would be certain that the jury would find out about what overall decision the jury has to offer them. This is not easy as some trials last from several days, to several weeks, months and even up to several years. Minor trials only last for a short time but major crime cases lasts for several months and years.

Interviews – Job interviews also require convincing from the applicant, they need to convince the interviewee as to why they should be hired for the job. They should learn how motivational speakers convince a whole crowd into accepting them and accepting what they are teaching them. During an interview all an applicant needs to do is to emphasize on their abilities and promise to do good and work hard should they be hired to work by the interviewee’s company, firm or establishment.
